$65. If pets are allowed at the property, the pet application fee is $20 for the first pet and $15 for the second pet. There is no charge ($0) for submitting a reasonable accommodation request for an assistance animal.

Applicants must upload proof of legal presence in the United States and 2 most recent paystubs with their application. If you are Self-Employed, you are required to submit the previous 2 years of tax returns and bank statements from the previous 3 months. For employment verifications, include in the application; the name and email address of the person at your employer who is authorized to verify employment. Applicant must provide 2 years verifiable residential history. Providing contact information that is inaccurate or not current will cause the processing of your application to be delayed or your application to be denied.

Yes, our 3rd party application processor reviews applications on a first come, first serve basis. Households must be fully submitted (all members completed applications) in order to be placed in the queue.

Processing of applications typically takes 3 business days assuming you have submitted all required documentation in a timely manner.

Applications are valid for 30 days from the date we start processing the application.

An eviction within the past five (5) years OR two (2) or more evictions within the last 12 years will result in your application being denied. Evictions filed, but not completed, may also affect approvability.

We currently do not accept vouchers for our properties.
